Cancellation and Refund Policy

The terms and conditions set forth herein shall constitute Housejoy's ("Company") cancellation and refund policy in relation to the Solutions provided on the Website ("Cancellation and Refund Policy"). Capitalized terms that are not defined herein will have the meaning assigned to them in the Terms of Service.

Cancellation and Refunds by the Housejoy

Please keep in mind that we may be unable to accept and must cancel some orders. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at our sole discretion, without any claims or liability to pay finance charges or interest on the amount. Inaccuracies or errors in Solutions or pricing information, technical or technological problems, or problems identified in relation to credit/debit fraud are examples of situations that may result in your order being canceled.

Before accepting any order, we may also require additional verifications or information. If your order is canceled in whole or in part, or if additional information is required to accept your order, we will contact you. If the Company cancels your order after your credit/debit card has been charged, the amount will be refunded to your credit/debit card account.

Cancellation by you

You agree and acknowledge that, unless otherwise stated, you have no right to cancel any orders placed on this Website. If you subscribe to any Solutions, you may cancel the same one month prior to the provision of the Solutions; in this case, you will be refunded the entire amount after deducting any applicable bank charges.

Furthermore, if a cancellation request is received between one month and 14 days before the Solutions are to be provided, we may, at our discretion, refund 50% of the amount to you after deducting any bank charges that may have been applicable. The Company will not accept cancellation requests within 14 days of the Solutions being provided.
